The Training & Organizational Development team at LSU is looking for a Training & Organizational Development Assistant to help support and coordinate the many learning and engagement initiatives happening across campus.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, coordinating events and trainings, and helping bring professional development programs to life behind the scenes. From assisting with workshops and leadership programs to helping manage logistics that make trainings run smoothly, this position plays an important supporting role in how LSU develops its employees and leaders.
