With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, Amanda is an Associate Principal at The Hackett Group, where she serves as an executive advisor and partner for HR executive leaders who want to ignite transformation within their organizations. She helps them identify, execute, and refine strategic HR and talent initiatives that align with their business goals and enhance their performance and value.
Amanda is a certified project management professional, a SAFe Agilist, and a senior HR professional with deep expertise in HR and talent strategy and transformation across industries and global geographies. A native of Baton Rouge, LA, and a former ATD Baton Rouge Chapter President, Amanda now resides in Tampa, FL, where she enjoys relaxing on the beaches and visiting the area theme parks.

Event cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund for the event registration. Eligible cancellations will be accepted via email to treasurer@atdbatonrouge.org. All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder. Requests for cancellations after the stated deadline will not be eligible for transfer or refund.
