Damona has fourteen years of experience within the Human Resources field, including specialized experience within learning and organizational development. Some of her interests within Human Resources include succession planning, leadership and organizational development, training, and recruiting. She has worked in small, local companies as well as large, global companies and in various industries including financial services, manufacturing, and construction.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Education with a concentration in Human Resource and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University. She has also obtained her SHRM-SCP certification through SHRM and SPHR certification through HRCI.
Damona is currently the President-Elect for the New Orleans Society of Human Resource Management (NOLA SHRM), national member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and national member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Damona enjoys New Orleans festivals with her husband Kenneth, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Tonya Bolden-Ball is the project manager of the Center for Minority Excellence at South Louisiana Community College. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of General Studies from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Tonya completed the Graduate Certificate Program in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University and is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.
Some of her awards and recognition includes the Louisiana Association of Educator's Human and Civil Rights Trailblazer Honoree, the Daily Advertiser/705 Top 20 under 40 Leadership Award, 2019 National Association of University Women Tribute to Excellence Honoree, and the 2019 Kiwanis Southwest Lafayette Citizen of the Year.
Her community and volunteer involvement spans over 15 years in the Lafayette area. She is the host and creator of the Annual Community Cares Holiday Care Package Drive which focuses on the collection and distribution of household cleaning products to families and individuals throughout the Lafayette community. She serves as a mentor for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's Black Women Leadership Association as well as one of the mentors for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Women's Basketball Team.
Her leadership involvement includes serving as the Louisiana Chair of Cluster 3 for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a member of the Lafayette Alumnae Chapter. She is a member of the Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana's Board of Directors and is currently serving as the President of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Christiana Smith African American Alumni Chapter.
She is a graduate of the Leadership Institute of Lafayette and the Leadership Louisiana programs. She is the host of the Moments of Elevation segments that are aired daily on KNEK Magic 104.7 and 95.5 KRRQ FM radio stations. She is married to Kirk R. Ball and they are the proud parents of Trevor and Kennedi.

Yvette Marsh currently serves as the Executive Director of Talent Management for the LSU Foundation where she is responsible for the oversight of all talent management and human resource functions. She previously served as the Director of Training and Development for Louisiana State University and as a consultant with SSA Consultants, an internationally recognized organizational development firm. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences, and a doctorate in Human Resource Education with an ISDS minor, all from Louisiana State University.

Roland Mitchell is the E.B. "Ted" Robert Endowed Professor and Dean of the College of Human Sciences & Education (CHSE) at Louisiana State University. Dr. Mitchell's research theorizes the impact of historical and communal knowledge on postsecondary education. He has authored 7 books and numerous scholarly works. His coedited "Crisis of Campus Sexual Violence," was awarded an Outstanding Academic Titles (OAT) award and was highlighted on the Top 25 Favorites list of the Choice editors. He is coeditor of the Rowman & Littlefield book series Race and Education in the 21st Century. Based on his scholarly record and related activity Roland earned a LSU Distinguished Faculty Award, was named Jo Ellen Levy Yates Endowed Professor, and was selected as a SEC Academic Development Fellow.
Roland has a deep passion for impactful community service as evidenced through his membership on advisory boards of the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services, Campus Federal Credit Union, and the Louisiana Governor's Taskforce on Community Policing and Reform. He received the David A. Kahn Award for Exemplary Service from the Baton Rouge Youth Coalition for his ongoing service at meeting the educational needs of underrepresented populations.
Roland has a BA in History from Fisk University, a MEd in Higher Education from Vanderbilt University, and PhD in Educational Research from the University of Alabama. Roland is married to Dr. Chaunda Allen Mitchell, the Executive Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Director of Drug Policy for the Office of Governor John Bel Edwards. They have a 22 year old son, Brandon David Lewis and a 2 year old daughter, Faith Alaina Mitchell, who are the joys of their lives.
