Personal Development Mini-Workshops for Teams introduce life skills into workplace team environments in a lean cost effective approach. Learning new personal development skills, as a team, augments a team’s technical and functional capabilities enabling higher levels of performance. Higher levels of performance can be reached when all members of a team “together” learn new personal development skills to deal with assumptions, manage stress, create trust, understand generational differences, recognize hidden biases and feel empowered to share what they are thinking and feeling.
Mini-Workshops are intended to be delivered in 30-45 minutes segments and can be delivered to small teams; i.e. 2-20 persons, or large teams; i.e. 80 -100. Workshops can easily fit into standardized team meetings as an agenda item or scheduled as a standalone session. Come and learn more about how the Personal Development Mini-Workshop concept began; and then participate in an actual 30 minute workshop. By doing so you will be able to determine if this approach is right for you and your organization.
The primary objective of Personal Development Mini-Workshops began as a tactic to sustain and grow organization team effectiveness while growth and crew change in the workplace occurs. The Personal Development Mini-Workshop for Teams approach is intended to engage everyone; and provide the same opportunity to receive personal development information and training that enables teams to reach higher levels of performance while learning “life skills” that employees can take home with them.
