Corporate Etiquette

An Inside Job

You don’t need George Clooney and Brad Pitt, stars of the “Ocean’s” movies, to plan a heist at your business.  You are being robbed every day --- by insiders.  This type of theft doesn’t empty your bank accounts or steal company assets.  It wastes your money by running-off key employees and clients.  How is it pulled off?  Through unintentional rude behavior, inappropriate attire, and poor interpersonal skills, your employees make other people uncomfortable and send them to the open arms of your competitors.  People don’t do business with people that make them uncomfortable.  Learn what you can do as a training and human resource professional to prevent an inside job at your company.  Now, if we could just get Mr. Clooney here…

Attendees at this presentation will learn:

  • The emotional and financial damage that rudeness causes
  • Why companies need business etiquette training
  • Business etiquette topics to include in your training program
  • Ideas for implementing a corporate etiquette policy and setting expectations
