2021 ATD BR Annual Conference Registration
Your personal brand is your unique combination of experiences and skills that make you stand out from others in the workplace. Developing a personal brand may not be a skill one has listed on a resume, but it is a key skill to master for your career success. According to Karen Goodridge, career coach and owner of KG Consulting Group, the foundation of personal branding is self-awareness, the ability of being aware of and articulating your uniqueness and value. In this presentation, Goodridge will help you identify your uniqueness as a training professional, communicate your value, and build a lasting reputation that helps you stand out in your field.
Speaker: Karen Goodridge
Dr. Goodridge’s professional experience spans over 14 years in personal development, personal branding, and career coaching and in both the private and public sectors. Previous experience includes serving as Student Development Specialist at Franciscan Missionary of our Lady University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she provided leadership over career services, student development, and leadership programs.
