TASTE OF THE INDUSTRY: A DISCUSSION ON THE STATE OF INDUSTRY AND SUCCESSFULLY LEVERAGING YOUR ATD MEMBERSHIP FOR 2020.

The talent development industry and role of the TD professionals are changing. The rapid rate of technological advancement is keeping all industries in a constant state of change management, and this industry is no different. As a result, organizations are, on average, spending more on training and learning for their employees, and more of that training is moving toward self-paced online training programs. Using ATD’s State of the Industry report, the definitive annual review of L&D metrics, subject matter experts from ATD National will provide insights into the industry and discuss how Power Membership can keep your career growing.

In this data-rich webcast, you will learn about:

  1. statistics on industry training hours, content types, and organizational spending
  2. major trends and changes
  3. what you can do to keep up with the rapid rate of change
  4. resources at ATD to keep you current and develop your career.

After the brief webcast, you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered and hear from three local members, Elizabeth Beckham, Matt Copeland, and Mechelle Robertson, who will share how they have successfully expanded their careers and leveraged resources by taking advantage of their ATD membership.
