Join us as we discuss several strategies and tactics to help you and your team understand the importance of creating and capturing BITE Size learning as part of your company's learning and training programs. We will focus on:

  • Areas that BITE Size Learning will impact
  • How to incorporate BITE Size Learning into various work environments
  • Platforms to utilize for BITE Size Learning
  • Understanding simple and proven technology and tools

One attendee will walk through the process of creating a BITE Size Learning outline!
Speaker Details

Howard White is a John Maxwell certified coach and trainer that focuses on S.T.E.P.S. (Strategies, Tips, Execution, Productivity and Systems) to help his clients “Grow Dynamically”.

Howard utilizes his background as an engineer, a corporate sales manager with Fortune 500 companies, and as a small business owner for the past 20 years to teach his clients how they can realize more revenue, as well as more time for themselves.

Howard and his company, Business Growth Dynamics Consulting, are routinely sought out when business owners and leaders experience challenges that require innovative ways to grow their business and their teams.

When he is not working with clients, Howard spends time with his wife, Janice. Howard also enjoys volunteering at his church or at several other non-profits in the Baton Rouge area.

As his name states, Howard’s purpose and why is to Help Others Win And Realize Dreams and Help Others Win And Realize Dollars.

 Cancellation Policy

As soon as you complete the registration process, you will be guaranteed a seat at this event.  The completed registration process initiates an invoice from your ATD Baton Rouge Chapter to you that may be paid online, by mail, or on the day of the event.

Event Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to an event may be eligible to receive a full refund.  Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail and should be sent to the VP of Hospitality at vphospitality@atdbatonrouge.org.  All refund requests must made by the member or credit card holder.  Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 30 days from the date the payment was received.  Requests for cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

ATD Baton Rouge Chapter

Your ATD Baton Rouge Chapter may have to pay for your meal and other fees if you register and then cannot attend.  Please help us protect your chapter’s finances.  You can submit cancellations at least 48 hours before the event; otherwise, we will have to invoice you to cover these costs.  If that should happen, we will be happy to accept your registration for future events as soon as you have settled your outstanding balance.

What happens if I register and then cannot attend an event?

If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event, you will not be charged.  If you’ve already made payment, we will be happy to issue you a refund.  If you cannot cancel before 48 hours, please feel free to send someone else in your place.  Kindly send an email to vphospitality@atdbatonrouge.org so we can have materials prepared for that individual.  Our goal is to make sure that person feels as welcomed as possible.  :)
