Join ATDBR for our Professional Development Workshop targeted at professional talent developers utilizing the resources of the LPI and the EIQ assessments.

Session includes TWO ASSESSMENTS:

  • Leadership Potential Inventory (LPI)
  • Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ)

The retail price for this workshop with the assessments and the facilitator is normally over $450 per person.

You will receive an overview of the assessments, overview of the questionnaires, exercises, takeaways, application and much more!

The following objectives are provided in these two leadership assessments:

LPI Leadership Potential Indicator

  • Increase awareness and understanding of leadership level, leadership style and leadership skills.
  • Analyze leadership level, style and competencies.
  • Practical tips for leadership development.
  • Improve leadership skills and leadership performance

The LPI leadership assessment provides information about a person’s leadership level, leadership skills, and leadership style.  The instrument is based on a five factor concept model of leadership, and it covers competencies that appear frequently in company competency frameworks.  The LPI is designed for work and occupational applications – recruitment, training, team building, coaching, and counseling.

EIQ Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire

  • Increase awareness and understanding of emotional intelligence
  • Analyze emotional intelligence level and competencies
  • Offer practical tips for performance improvement
  • Improve emotional intelligence, emotional abilities and emotional skills

The EIQ16 emotional intelligence assessment provides information about a person’s emotional intelligence and emotional competencies.  The instrument is based on a concept model of emotional intelligence similar to the framework developed by Mayer, Salovey, and Caruso (2002).  The EIQ16 is designed for work and occupational applications – recruitment, training, team building, coaching, and counseling.

In addition to the previously noted benefits for each of the assessments, each participant will be able to begin using the assessment with their employees/clients upon completion of the workshop.

*Once you register, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the assessments.  Please verify your email to ensure a timely delivery.
