Employee Learning Week is quickly approaching!

In an effort to share the gift of learning, we want to make sure our members know everything that is offered with your Chapter membership to ATD Baton Rouge. Did you know that all of the presentations are available on our website? We will show you where the information is located and how to access oodles of valuable information on the ATD Baton Rouge site.

We will delve into the ATD site with plenty of additional benefits available to you as well. Did you know as a Power Member you have access to training videos, webinars (at no additional charge often) and a library of information? We will provide valuable takeaways with information on how and where to access, who to contact or how to navigate to your peers to make your membership as beneficial as possible.

Learn what your membership with ATD gives you as a member of the Chapter and as a Power Member!

In addition, please bring a canned food item or pet food item to support our local Food Bank and ASPCA.

 Cancellation Policy
As soon as you complete the registration process, you will be guaranteed a seat at this event. The completed registration process initiates an invoice from your ATD Baton Rouge Chapter to you that may be paid online, by mail, or on the day of the event.

Your ATD Baton Rouge Chapter may have to pay for your meal and other fees if you register and then cannot attend.  To help us protect your chapter’s finances, please submit cancellations at least 48 hours before the event.  Otherwise, we will have to invoice you to cover these costs.  If that should happen, we will be happy to receive your registration for future events as soon as you have settled your outstanding balance.

What happens if I register and then cannot attend an event?

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged.  If you already made payment, we will be happy to issue a refund to you.  If you cannot cancel before 48 hours, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place.  Just send an email to vphospitality@atdbatonrouge.org so that we can have materials prepared for that person.  This helps us ensure the person feels as welcomed as possible.

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel, please send an email to our VP of Hospitality at vphospitality@atdbatonrouge.org

Thank you for your cooperation with this policy.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
