This program will share the definition for emotional immaturity and share information on how to gauge maturity.  You will also learn how to apply the Emotional Intelligence framework. 

Program Objectives

After this session, participants should be able to:

1. Define emotional immaturity in the workplace
2. Identify the Maturity Metric (Leadership Tool)
3. Application: Emotional Intelligence Framework

Parrish is a 1988 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in telecommunications; Associates Degree in Theater Sound Design.

In April of 1993 he founded Taylor-Made Concepts, Inc in Alexandria, Louisiana. Responsible for new business development for the organization, Parrish will work on select projects based on scope definitions and client requests. In 2004, Parrish was recognized by the Louisiana department of Labor as a primary training provider under the Incumbent Worker's Training Program. Parrish is the author and instructor of three specialized training programs designed specifically for workforce development. All of Parrish's programs are built on the foundation of using Emotional Intelligence in the workplace and are geared towards leadership/management, safety, sales and teambuilding. Parrish has served his community as President of the Board for The Boys and Girls Club of Central Louisiana, as well as a board member for the Rapides Parish Workforce Investment Board's Youth Council. Today you will find Parrish as a published author on the subjects of personal/professional development and working on select projects throughout the company.

He enjoys his association with the National Speakers Association and conducting training seminars around the country. Parrish is devoted to his wife and four children and worships at Calvary Baptist Church whereby he leads a bible study and men's group using a program that he created known as the Life Application Series.

 Cancellation Policy
As soon as you complete the registration process, you will reserve a seat at this event. The completed registration process initiates an invoice from your ATD Baton Rouge Chapter to you that may be paid online or by mail. Invoices must be paid in full by October 20, 2015 to guarantee your registration.

Your ATD Baton Rouge Chapter may have to pay for your fees if you register and then cannot attend this event.  To help us protect your chapter’s finances, please submit your cancellation by October 20, 2015 to receive a refund.  Otherwise, your registration fees will be non-returnable. You may elect to send a substitute participant in your place in lieu of a refund. 

What happens if I register and then cannot attend an event?
 
If you cancel by October 20, 2015 and you have made payment, you will receive a refund.  If you cancel after October 20, 2015, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place; however, you will not receive a refund.  To send a substitute participant, email vphospitality@atdbatonrouge.org  with information about the participant.  This helps us ensure the person feels as welcomed as possible.
