 Program Details

For Talent Development professionals and all others who shoulder the responsibility for improving human performance...this session is for you. We learn to live with average performance from people. We get excited when people deliver excellent performance. Then we marvel when that small, exclusive number of special people achieve breakthrough performance. What do they know? How do they think? Why do they excel beyond all others?

There are several ground rules for breakthrough performance. Breakthrough performers follow those ground rules to set the highest levels of performance and achievement. We will explore the science and art of breakthrough performance as revealed by the ground rules for breakthrough performance.

This session's objectives are:

To define breakthrough performance.
• To examine breakthrough performance in the areas of sports, religion, and business.
• To discover what breakthrough performers know, how they think, and what they do.
• To reveal the ground rules for breakthrough performance.
• To inspire the attendees with this information.
